Why have a Great Scottish Clarinet Caper

As we were wondering what to do for Music Live this year we heard from the Forth Valley Group of the Riding for the Disabled Association who are currently in a crisis situation with their horses: one was recently in a car accident and another has just been retired because of arthritis. The group are now in the process of trying to find and purchase at least two, if not three, new horses with a suitable temperament for RDA work. Such horses are not easy to find and they generally cost around £1500 with around another £500 needed for a good saddle and bridle, as the comfort of the disabled rider and the horse is a primary consideration.

The timing was perfect and RDA became our chosen charity for this year's event.
