The House For An Art Lover was designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his wife, Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh in 1901. For almost one hundred years, the portfolio of designs for the House remained just that, until in 1988, a Glasgow civil engineer, Graham Roxburgh, embarked upon the construction of the Art LoverÕs House within the city's Bellahouston Park. Today, the House has finally reached completion, almost a hundred years after Mackintosh designed it.
